Work-out session: ClassPass...

Often, we talk of a balanced diet when discussing matters of health, but a balanced exercise regime is subject to less attention. While it's well established that the best approach to fitness is a mix of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility, attempting to fit all disciplines into busy lifestyles can prove a challenge.
Here lies the beauty of ClassPass.
An innovative new approach to exercise, ClassPass is available as a monthly subscription service granting users access to 228 fitness studios across London (the number is growing on an almost weekly basis). An ideal solution for those eager to adopt a varied regime, there's a wide range of studios available offering everything from barrecorre to bootcamp, yoga, dance, Pilates and boxing.
The subject of locations is also a real plus here. If you work in one area of London but live in another, then ClassPass offers a wealth of exercise opportunities convenient for both - rather than being tied to a gym and a single location. We found that it also encouraged a more adventurous approach to exercise - trying out different studios or classes is very simple.
A monthly subscription allows the user to attend a maximum of three classes per studio within that month - so it's not the best option if you have a favoured studio that you're hoping to visit more than once a week (although a number of studios are now available on an unlimited basis). But for those who'd like to take a yoga class on their lunch break, pop to a Pilates studio on an evening on route home and then get up for a morning cardio class on a weekend, all in completely different areas of London, it proves the perfect solution to fitting a range of activities into your diary.
